Add to that classical concerts in the parish church and occasional pop concerts as part of larger festivals.

Caorle OltreMare — the summer concert series

Caorle OltreMare (“Caorle beyond the sea”) is the official town concert series, running from early June to mid-September. The focus: Italian singer-songwriters (cantautori), jazz quartets, classical ensembles and the occasional international guest. Concerts take place in the Centro Storico — the historic squares around the campanile serve as a natural open-air stage, with the pink bell tower as the backdrop.

Venues: Piazza Vescovado, Piazza Mons. Stefani, parish church of Santo Stefano

Start time: usually 9 pm

Admission: free for most concerts, selected premium acts ticketed at €15–25

Programme: changes from year to year — the full list is published by the Comune in early June 2026

Caorle Street Piano Festival

One of Italy’s most unusual concert formats: during the festival, several brightly painted pianos are set up around Caorle’s old town — on squares, outside cafés, on the beach. Anyone may sit down and play, from professional pianists to holidaying children. Plus organised performances by internationally known pianists at set times of day. The atmosphere is unique — relaxed, spontaneous, different every day. Traditionally in July, lasting several days.

Classical concerts in the parish church

The parish church of Santo Stefano in the old town has exceptional acoustics and is regularly used for classical concerts and chamber music — Vivaldi, Albinoni and other Venetian baroque composers often feature in the programme. Dates are spread across the season, mostly with local ensembles or guest quartets. Concerts start at 9 pm; admission is free or with a suggested donation.

What makes Caorle concerts different from Jesolo or Bibione

Historic backdrop: Jesolo and Bibione are modern beach towns — Caorle has medieval squares and the characteristic pink campanile as a stage backdrop

Italian depth: fewer mainstream pop acts, more Italian cantautori and classical music.
