We are a licensed travel agency
Treffpunkt-Venedig is run by Italia Touristik, a licensed German travel agency — not an affiliate aggregator. That matters in practice: we book through established tour operators, our advice is free and non-binding, and if something goes wrong during your trip you have a named contact rather than a support queue. Bookings are processed through our agency backend at Schmetterling, in line with the GDPR.
